Can I create a form letter that uses data from 2 data bases?

I work in a real estate office that has to send out letters to lawyers for every house sale.
In that letter we not only address the lawyer we are speaking to, but we also include the information of the lawyer handling the other side.
 This means I need
to include information from the same data base in two different sections of my letter.
I tried setting it up with two different data bases as well, but it still would not work, it just repeats my information in both sections.
I also tried to go through the
developer tab using drop down menus, but I can't get my information to go in in the correct format ie: address block.
 Please help!

You can see below which areas I am trying to insert from the data base.
eg:

Black startup screen after an upgrade Vista -> Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit

I upgraded my working ACER Aspire Revo 3600 to windows 7.
Startup gives me the moving startup screen with logo, a sound, and then a black screen.
At first, I thought the system was frozen and did an hardware reset (power off).
Startup gives the safe mode, I booted into it, but I saw nothing special, and after a warm reboot the system works normally.
Stopping with a normal shutdown repeats the situation as described.
But, moving the mouse shows a mouse pointer on that black screen.

Then, I found you can force a shutdown of the graphic system.
(A function key with a little moon) The monitor then says "no signal", tapping the same key again restarts graphics and the system works: the login screen appears.
It must be a selection of a driver that at first goes wrong, and corrects itself when restarting.
How can I verify / correct this so that the system works immediately?
Thanks,
Johan
